Who should coach The 'Boys?

There's always Jeff Fisher. As bad as the team has played, I don't know if he survives till next season. Then again, he's Jeff Fisher, so I'm sure he has a bit of leeway.

Fisher might need a change of scenery though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Fisher out of a job either. But he falls into that same group with Cowher, Shanahan, Gruden, i.e. guys who don't have to settle for a job putting up with Jerry Jones' bull .

Actually I think they need to find the next Mike Smith (Atlanta coach), a career successful NFL assistant who learned from great head coaches and is ready to make the jump. The Broncos hit it with Josh McDaniels the Boys need something similar.

Nope. Jerry would over control a young coach. I like the concept, but Jerry would kill it on the vine.
