Your credibility would skyrocket i my book if this wasn't your rote diminution of anything brought from that source. Attack the content, not the vehicle it arrives on.... as lib as the HufPost is, they collect data from countless news sources, like any news clearing house.

I think it's valuable to read everybody's bull , but that's me. In the way you only dismiss two publishers, I dismiss any one taken alone, but absorb as much of the "totality" of journalism as I can get at. Both parties want to sucker you on some level... best way to test their cards is to walk around the table, IMO.
