I didn't watch the whole vid, but if that one still, somewhat blurry picture is the only one of the teacher, I can't say she's necessarily a "hottie." She don't look ugly, but one still photo can be deceiving sometimes. Not that I wouldn't hit, but I'd refrain from assuming she's a "hottie" based on that pic. If there were more pics or clips of her in the video, it would be easier to tell.

Here's a somewhat more serious take on this issue:

The idea behind statutory rape is that a minor isn't mentally capable to consent to sex at that age.

I think the problem I have with that is that there were a few teacher's I wanted to get to know better *cough* when I was say 13, the thing is I'm 30 now and I'd still make the same decision.

They should put off prosection for ten years and ask the victim if they would still make the same decision with the knowledge and wisdom they have as an adult, I bet 99% would say YES.

13 year old standards for hotties are different than our standards as adults, plus you have to factor in the additional hottie points she gets as a teacher.
