And he makes substantially less than all of them. Im trying to think if theres anyone who provides more bang for the buck whos not on their rookie contract.

He seemed to be ok a year or two back, but streaky. Right now the suns have enough firepower without him and he doesn't bring anything else to the table, can't run PG, not good at D, low bball IQ. I'm not sure why the suns keep him. Sure the Lakers still would have won if he didn't play, but he hurt the suns that game. Also... Nash, stay on fisher would you?

It's not 1 on 1 defense really, Popovich knows Barbosa is a gimmick player and does a great job limiting his off ball penetration and knows he's a rhythm shooter who will disappear if he never gets a few easy shots.

Trust me: When your other 2-guard is Jason Richardson, you don't want to get rid of Barbosa. You need both of these guys around because you don't know which one will show up any given night.

I do remember barbosa playing well in the past, though streaky and he missed a lot of close shots he'd normally hit. His form always bugged me though, I bet he hung out with Marion too much.
