I always laugh at the fact that we own 2 credit cards, one we have a 9k limit on, and have been carrying around a 3k balance on it forever (dumb, but it seems like every time we pay it nearly off, it runs back up). The other is a 800 dollar travel card we use specifically for work travel and it gets charged up and paid off as soon as we get our reimbursement from work.
We have taken probably 5 to 10 cheap (0 interest) loans from RBFCU over the past 7 years to do various things, ammounts from 2k to 6k and usually pay them off in about 8 months or less. We do not have any currently.
Yet we go to best buy and try and take advantage of some special credit thing they had going on, which would save a lot of money buying my wife a laptop, and we get turned down for a Best Buy card. W T F?
reason for denial - Too many recent inquiries
