A few months back I saved up some money and went to Neiman's for a bra fitting and a splurge. It was the biggest waste of a day ever. The girl had no idea what she was doing.

She brought me so many different sizes and brands it was like shopping with my an blind person. On a whim, I went to Nordstrom The Rack (highly recommended for bigger girls..they have great left overs) and found the best fitting bra ever ever ever. Have it on now. And ordered a few more online just to put some icing on the cake.

Bra fittings are a perk of shopping at a particular location. It's kind of like shopping at a Golf Shop and knowing that sales associate will bring you the perfect club that will make you golf like Tiger.

I know there are good bra fitters out there, this one wasn't a great.

The Rack has the bras on clearance. And I was buying shoes there anyway. It was just luck.

Kohl's has done bra fittings before. I saw a sign up list back in customer service about a month ago. I don't know how often they do it.

You can find online how to do it yourself, although I've never tried it.

I believe the lingerie department in Dillard's has somebody on staff to fit you any time...I've been there twice and both times the ladies were very nice and helpful.

Check Barenecesities.com and Biggerbras.com. That's where I get mine. Once you find the right brand then you can pretty much bet the size will match throughout the styles. If not you can always send them back, right? The one I just bought is usually closer to $60 and got it for $44. Just watch for special codes and promos.
