Yeah it really sucks to be a Mavs fan, what with the 50-win seasons every year, a bona fide franchise player in his prime at the age of 31, an owner with deep pockets committed to doing whatever it takes to win, and a thorough PWNAGE of their in-state "rivals"* 4 hours to the south. I'd MUCH rather be a fan of the Grizz or the Bobcats.
* I say "rivals" reluctantly, because the Mavs have had the upper-hand head-to-head for so long now that it's hard to say the Spurs deserve to be given equal billing.

Mavs don't have a championship. Who cares? I don't live vicariously through my team like you do. But yeah, you're right, rooting for a perennial 50-win team ING SUCKS.
we don't give a about 50 win seasons because for the past 20 years our team has had the most 50 win seasons then any team in the Association... hang your hat on your 50 win seasons and try to discount the 4 'ships all you want but this is after all a Spurs board and you obviously like to chirp about the Mavs 50 in win seasons- so here's to you! GREAT! CONGRATS! the MAVS are the best 50 win season team in the NBA!! They won last night!!! GREAT!!! that's what every team plays for- a 50 win ing season. how many 50 win season banners can you hang in the arena? so your logic in fawning over the mavs and their owner dedicated to winning 50 games a year is superior to 4 championships? that is truly the definition of irony.
