On the real. Call out any Cowboy fan for not being a fan until that 5th Super Bowl and they curiously become over 40 years old and have followed them their entire lives without realizing the Cowboys weren't even the first pro team in Texas.
    Sad...but true....although in a month and a half....I turn 40.

Been a Cowboys fan since 1985...well...that I can remember. I was born a Cowboys fan, but I remember rooting for them since then...I was 5.

To be a true fan you need to have blind faith in Wade Phillips when it's obvious he can't get the team to the level of the top in the NFL? That they will be lucky to win 2 of the last 3 and will get a 1st round bounce again?

  6. #31
A true Cowboys fan knows the greatness of the team and knows they are better than any other team no matter what. Only ass fans talk about the team.

    The Cowboys ARE THE NFL!!

I am in the same boat, my family has always been Cowboys fans so I grew up a Cowboy fan. I still have my Aikman and Emmitt jerseys from when I was young.

I can still remember the Super Bowl XXVII of 92-93 when the Cowboys destroyed the Bills. I know where I was and everything, I was 7 years old then.

I wish I could remember Super Bowl XLI. I was pretty ing drunk and decided to reach blackout status after Vinatieri shanked that FG before halftime, costing me the squares for the 2nd quarter (to rub salt in the wound, that missed FG ended up giving the shmuck who won the 1st quarter the win for the 2nd quarter too) and the $75 that went with it. Last thing I really remember is doing a kegstand for the number of seconds of the combined final score... 46 I think. Cowboy fans were saying like "We beat the Colts this year so WE really won the Super Bowl!!!"

You have said that before...too funny...its like people who say "well I count it as a win for (insert team here) because they played harder or they got screwed by the refs. More and more elements of fandom have sunk to new levels of suck.

Thats funny coming from a Colts bandwagoning like you J.T.

Cowboys have always had one of the largest fanbases since the 70's . The fact that kill in merchandising year in and year out, even when they suck might give one a clue about that....... Unless your a Colts fan with Peyton Mannings so far in their mouth that it's pounding their brain, killing brain cells and making them dumber and dumber and dumber.

What's up? I see you're mom is done on the computer for awhile. You're lucky, when I was 13, I didn't have unsupervised internet.
