Hey dummy the war had already been declared. He just put troops in
Iraq to enforce the UN's 14 or so mandates. And all the dimm-o-craps
couldn't crawl on board fast enough. In fact they demanded two votes
on it and all the anti-war crowd voted to put our troops in there. Maybe
