Dan Rafael said Manny agreed to testing 24 days, out and on the night of the fight, so if that's the case then WTF?? Floyd says he wants 14 days out, so because of 10 days difference, he won't sign the deal.. It's incredibly in stupid..

No, Mayweather wants this and that, a blood test during the fight, etc. What's his next stipulation? A semen sample the day before the fight? This is getting ridiculous. 24/30 days before the fight, then right after is more than good enough. HGH, Steriods will stay in your system: 40 to 50 days after juicing There is no way for Manny to cheat around this and mayweather knows this. He's just doing all this to get under manny's skin and get him to fight on his terms alone.

What test?? HGH/steriods are not like coke or heroin where it will stay only in your system for a few days. It will stay in your system for weeks after you discontinue use. If Manny is indeed juicing, he will get busted.
