It probably wasn't intentional but George actually tripped-up Kobe on that steal. He steps behind Kobe's left foot and seals him as he is reaching with that long arm. So, when George pokes the ball away, Kobe can't move his foot and he just falls down.

Some refs might have called it a tripping foul, but I don't think Mauer saw it or he at least didn't buy it... as an actual trip.

Twice Spurs guard George Hill picked up Bryant at halfcourt and caused Bryant to turn it over while falling to the floor.

With 5:49 left in the second quarter Hill stripped Bryant and coasted to the other end for an uncontested two-handed dunk. Then, with 1:05 left in the third, Bryant was caught off guard by Hill's presence and was called for travelling trying to elude him.

In the aftermath of both instances Bryant was left wincing on the ground.

In other words, "Oh I forgot to dribble, I was just so focused on getting the out of the way of that kid that's busting my ass and making me look like a ."

George Hill's D is for real. Kobe isn't used to be being guarded by shorter, quicker guys. Coming from the outside, Kobe will have his hands fulls against Hill. Once Kobe posts up though, that's another story.
