And trade or no trade we have a "shot" to win ...Kobe's finger concerns me more than the bench they are not great but we dont need great with the talent we have ...plus Odom on the bench makes it decent ...
In regards to Gasol count me in the who cares about collusion crew, plus Marc Gasol (though no Pau) ... is a top 10 center even if he is in the bottom 10 Pau is a top 5 PF, but has much tougher comp at his position ...

I agree New Jersey has no reason to do that trade, but Devin Harris is not an all star.
His contract for one. If it's not just an off year his contract becomes one of the worst in the NBA.
I just can't see Dr. Buss adding another big contract. I can see them making a move with young players with little contracts rather than a 8-9 million dollar contract. I could be wrong and maybe I'm underestimating Dr. Buss's commitment to les.

His contract is actually pretty solid for a player with his ability. And if the Nets really wanted to do a salary dump they can probably find a better trading partner than LA.
