Its a good block but there's nothing amazing about it. I've seen that play many times and have seen it made by mediocre, but athletic players. There's a very easy way to prevent this type of block. You dunk the ball instead of laying it in. You would think players would be smart enough to figure that out.

I wonder why namlook has this opinion..

Didn't Tayshaun Prince do it to Reggie Miller years ago? We still see that one on TV every so often, though usually to embarrass Miller.
Yeah Reggie was on the fast break and put up a weak ass layup and Tayshaun came out of nowhere to send it into the stands.

LMAO at people saying this is not a great block. Just because Lebron has de-sensitized you to it because he does it over and over does not make it any less great.

How is that lame? He never gives up on a play. He is a damn good defender. It's not like he is getting beat off the dribble and doing this. I gotta give him props for that type of effort.
Until you realise I am the freaking victim here.

Birdman blocks shots like that on a weekly basis, but since its Lebron this deserves front page headlines.

LeBron might not be the best player to ever play in the league or not even the best player in the league right now, but I think its pretty obvious that he is the closest thing to the perfect athlete to ever play professional sports. Please tell me a flaw in him athletically. Please, because I can't find one.

Watch the J-Rich one. Look how fast he gets back. Its scary. Scarier than the O.J Mayo one.

Tayshaun's is still way better though...

Not from half court when the other guy is already a foot away from the basket.

If he has please show me a video.

No. He doesn't. Also, if this league caters to super stars, and CP3 is a super star, why does he not get his fair share? I mean, he does drink milk and do super nice things off of the court. Just not fair.

It was an Amazing block! The only other guy in the league I could see doing that is maybe Josh Smith.

Was a good block but, James does it all the time!!

Didnt he do it to a Magic player then in the playoffs he tried to do it but the Magic started dunkin on breaks?
