Pop can't get through b/c he screams one thing at the team, and then plays small ball lineups that put the spurs at huge disadvantage on the very things he's preaching(defense and rebounding).
I think anyone would have trouble following someone like that.

I am not sure how much getting mad is going to make some of them play any better. For some, they are only as good as they are.
