Hey Madden is awesome. I can say that as a girl. Had many numerous tournaments with my guy friends lol very very fun! Especially when u beat themmost awesome part...
College sports is where EA gets it right, NCAA Football and March Madness are much better than any current compe ion.
I've got to say the Super Bowl celebration looks better in Madden than it does on ESPN.
But there is actually a sense of acomplishment in winning in ESPN.I've got to say the Super Bowl celebration looks better in Madden than it does on ESPN.
Maybe I just suck, but I think Madden at the higher difficulty level's is a challenge. Also, ESPN does not touch the depth of the Madden Franchise Mode.
i got madden last year....i didnt find it as fun as ncaa football.
however its still the best football game on the market.
To each his own I guess, I usually end up getting both anyway since I have some madden-or-nothing friends. But they are both really good football games that are head and shoulders above everybody else.
Exactly. But there is actually a sense of acomplishment in winning in ESPN.
I was the Colts last season in Franchise mode in ESPN. The first season, I didn't win a game. The second season I won a couple. Then I went .500. Eventually I finally got to the level that I won the Super Bowl. It was damn fun building up the team and drafting the players I needed to get better.
Kori thought I was crazy at times playing that game.
Hopefully this year's game is just as good. Mine is coming in the mail.

Nothing beats the best
Tecmo BO!
It's not nice to urinate on Mark Rypien after you sack him.
lmao, i LOVED Tecmo man, that was the .
True, Ice.
So true.
How many of us didn't spend enough quarters in that machine (or our own systems) to keep businesses afloat?
I will agree with the above about feeling more entrenched in ESPN's gameplay.
Playing as the Cowboys is tough. My first season of this franchise mode, I barely made the playoffs even though I lost Roy Williams for the whole season early on.
**So glad I had Chad Hutchison as trade bait for a FS**
I haven't played the new Madden, but what's so great about Madden's franchise mode, Manny?
You can only change the price of popcorn so many times.
I must not play Madden enough.
I can't even win in rookie mode.
You must not have put it on the hardest difficulty. That game is damn hard at that setting ... no way you make the playoffs your first year.My first season of this franchise mode, I barely made the playoffs even though I lost Roy Williams for the whole season early on.
I have a policy that when I open the game, I start my season right away. The only warmups I get are the scheduled preseason games.
By the time I finished with 2K4, I was pretty much unbeatable vs human comp.

why not take a really ty team and build them up.

I'm just that damn good, LJ.
Using default rosters, Julius Jones rushed for about 1,100 yards. Keyshawn and Terry Glenn each had about 5-600 yards recieving.
The FS I traded Hutchinson for (along with a 2nd round pick) was Zack Bronson. Worked out pretty well. I ended up losing in the second round of the playoffs when I lost Quincy and Julius Jones to injuries.
there are just more indepth options that extend to past the actual on the field game.
im looking forward to the
"Off the field" issues in the game effecting your team's play.
Also looking forward to the Tony Bruno radio bits.
I've got to say, I like the weekly game prep of ESPN. I'm still learning the effects of it, but it's pretty nice to get your DB's to work on coverages when your facing a strong passing attack.
That's it.I'm just that damn good, LJ.
We're going to have to have a football video game GTG tournament.
After I win, then you can say how good you are.
i'd be the san diego chargers of that tourney.
Sounds good to me.
dude i'm down with that.
tpark, the bruno bits have already gotten really ing old.
