Actually it's written in a simpleton prose such that the average ill-educated American can read and understand it. I've read the book and watched his lengthy 60 minutes interview. He is candid and forthright.

No they don't as inertia is a 4th grade physical science subject.
I still find it hilarious that you accept that they skew games towards 'stars,' but with the same brain discount the idea that they would do the same for teams. When you skew the game towards a star your skewing it for that team anyway.
Its certainly not a level playing field.
