Yeah, that was the funny part. Adelman called him on the claim -- Adelman said the Kings would never treat anyone that way -- and James had to recant, saying that things got blown out of proportion. Rather than chastize him for letting that happen, the guys who called that series gushed about what a humble dude Jerome James is. The same humble dude who's mother had to call him last year to get on his case for being a punk.
In any event, Hefty Boy has inspired my round 2 motto:

I told people that Jerome James would be back to normal to his 4 points 4 rebounds. And what did he have tonight??? 4 points 2 rebounds, yup its back to normal time.
James did the NBA a favor and threw out the biggest piece of trash out of the Playoffs: himself
I kind of feel sorry for Jerome James. The guy so obviously belongs on the short bus. It's kind of touching to see the basketball Sling Blade cut out a small place for himself.
