Boooooring... let's talk about who was the WORST Spur of the series! That's fun talk after a Playoff victory!
If anybody gives Manu props, ducks will be there trying to downplay whatever Manu's achievements were.
If he can turn ir into TP>Manu, then he is really happy.

I'm done with the kid. All I wanted to say is that my boy Manu should be the series MVP but he wanted to throw a tantrum over it.
Anyways, back to Manu.![]()
Every freaking game its the same damn argument. It get old people!!
Game 2: Tim
Game 3: Manu
Game 4: Tim, Tony in OT
Game 5: Tony
I agree though, we'd be lost without our Argentinian.
yeah, lets not forget game 1, even though we lost that one, he had a good game. Point is, Manu has been the more consistent one of the Big 3 this series. Maybe next series it will be Tony, or Duncan. But this series it has been Manu.
Who scored the most points in this series for the Spurs? I don't even know and I'm willing to bet my left nut that it's Manu.
I don't really care about the points, but I do agree Manu was the wildcard in this series. Spurs are a real team though, all should be MVP
Manu 114, Tim 110.
Thought so. But that's a lot closer than I thought it would be. [left nut breathes sigh of relief]
According to Rascal, Ginobili is nothing but a role player.
One-dimensional Vince Carter is by far the better player. It's not even close.
Tim, even scoring 39, didn't have as many points as manu in this series....
114 in 5 games, that is about 23 a game, no?
Manu deserves his All-star, no doubt.
You guys are crazy....RASHO was the series MVP !!
Seriously, Manu had a great series as many predicted before the playoff's began. Tony had a tough assignment guarding Boykins and Miller.
Before game 5, the ppg were:
Manu: 24.0
Tim: 23.0
Tony: 17.5
That is just amazing! All three had a great series. But, I must say, the player that put us over the top and continously came up with big plays/shots throughout the series....ROBERT HORRY!!!!!!
Seriously, Manu, Tim, Tony could all score as much as they want, but Horry came up big this series and helped us win this thing in 5.
No argument here, but you really think Horry had a better series than Manu?
I am not saying he had a better series than Manu! I'm saying he's the one that continously put us over the top. Game 3 when Tim and Parker sucked, Horry came up with the clutch shots. Game 4, Nuggets were catching up, he stole an inbounds pass through it to Bowen for an easy jumpshot, then proceeded to hit back to back 3's to give us a 10 pt lead. Tonight, same thing. If you're going by stat's there is no comparison as to who the MVP was. Manu was a spark off the bench. I'm just saying Horry may have been the runner up![]()
Tim+Tony+Manu+Horry+Nazr=VICTORY
BEST ALL AROUND PLAYER: TIM DUNCAN
SPARKPLUG PLAYER OF THE GAME:HORRY
HIGHEST SCORER IN THE SERIES:MANU
BEST DEFENSE: TP ON BOYKINS/MILLER
BOWEN ON JELLO
NAZR ON CAMBY (GAME 5=6PTS.ONLY)
I'm curious about evaluation of game 5, if you check overall Efficiency rankings of that game, Tony had 14 in 35 mins, Manu had 19 in 29 mins, and the best was Tim, who had 28 of efficiency in 37 minutes.
