Yeah like Dragic is gonna be here in 3 years, once his contract is up he's bolting for a team that isn't run in the backwards way Phoenix is, like giving the 35 year old wash up an extension and letting the 27 year old's contract expire so he can bolt for a team that's willing to pay him. Yup, I should be really happy with that!

About Gentry, 7 seconds or less doesn't mean "take any shot you can, even if its terrible, in 7 seconds or less," moron.

What does the word "your" mean you dumb boy band ? You talk about SSOL like it's a system I like. Naturally, I hate that system, which is why I want Gentry gone.
And SSOL pretty much makes it OK for players to take whatever shot they want, at least that's how it ended up. I know z0sa is intentionally being an idiot but we all know that the Suns' shot selection would be better if Greg Popovich was the coach instead of Alvan Gentry.
Outside of that hideous stretch they had mid season, the Suns have had a pretty good season overall. Dragic developing, Lopez's amazing turnaround, Amare getting his ass in gear, Nash continueing to contribute. Gentry getting them through that rough stretch is probably enough alone to put him in COY contention. My only complaint will be if they can't get home court in the first round which will be a no if it comes down to a road game in Utah.
I agree there, maybe I'm being overcritical of gentry, but it just seems like he's ignoring the blatantly obvious fact Barbosa shouldn't play at all and Clark should get some PT against a team like OKC where his length and athleticism could be used.
If there's one area we agree, it's Barbac...sa. He's too expensive for what little he contributes. Trade him for any expiring contract, let him walk, trade him to a conference rival, whatever..
What about Clark? Clark might be the one player on the Suns other than Dragic that I'm more optimistic about than most Suns fans.

I agree with DOK, i really don't like gentry.
The Suns won but Gentry miss managed the game leaving Frye in there way too long. And the Barbosa broken record again: Barbosa shouldn't sniff the court.
Amen.....as long as they finally get it thru their thick skulls that
a) building around PG's isn't the answer
b) using a philosophy that favors the offense over the defense isn't the answer
c) players that can't score but can defend & rebound have value
Great job by Gentry having them ready tonight. Can't believe I ever wanted him fired.
If this is how Gentry is going to coach in this postseason, I might come around to your way of thinking, DOK.

Just out of curiosity how many post season face rapings will have to happen to Gentry before you want him gone? Mike D'antoni was allowed to get mind ed by Popovich 3 different times in 4 years before being told to change, should we throw another 4 years away in hopes that maybe Gentry's little brain might realize accountability is needed?
