    I've never understood the whole "world champion" tag when it comes to NBA champs. The NBA only has teams from America and Canada so I don't get why the champs are called "world champions". NBA champions or NBA champs seems like it should be the correct term. Nothing wrong with Mavs fans being excited about their team getting a division le. Division les are rare for the Mavs so that would mean that the fans are going to be more excited about them than say fans of the Lakers, Celtics, and Spurs would be about division les. Mav fans just need to realize that division les are nice but the "the le" is the best. The Mavs don't need to get caught up in the whole "we won a division le" . They don't need a repeat of the 2007 playoffs.
