Who thinks that Bosh would want to play for the Spurs?
Even if he does, he wants a max deal (among wanting to be the number 1 option). That would put the Spurs at:

    Tim Duncan - $18,700,000 $21,300,000
    Manu - $11,854,584 $12,981,038 $14,107,492
    Parker - $13,500,000
    Bosh - Max deal

You'd have 4 players making over $11 million with two making over $17 million.

the salaries of RJ, hill and blair should near 16 mill so that would put bosh near where he wants to be.

this trade also assumes you send blair because splitter comes over.

What I was getting at is if you trade 3 for 1, then you're gonna have to fill out your lineup with ty bench players.

Hill has shown more defensive potential in his 2 years than Bosh has in his 7 years. You're also mortgaging the bench to have a starting lineup that has no post defense. As we saw this year, having no bench presents a problem, no matter how good your starters are. But no, let's trade everyone for Bosh cuz he's such a great winner.

Oh he wants a max deal too.

    Why do you hope not?
Hill has also shown more defensive potential because he plays on the Spurs and Pop is his coach. Not sure they preach defense in Toronto.

Regardless of Hill's potential, it doesn't mean squat when you're trying to win now. Hill choked in the Phx series, bottom line. He couldn't guard anyone on their team. Hill's potential in that series did not help us win any games. And Hill's potential would not help us beat the Lakers in a 7 game series against a front line of Bynum, Gasol and Odom.

You can't teach size. But you can teach defense.

To give you some perspective, there are 3 teams in the league that will be paying two guys more than $17 million next year. 3. Out of 30. I'll let you guys guess what those teams are.

definitely depth would take a hit, especially at the small forward spot, where we are already hurting.

I would trade Parker, RMJ and Bonner/Mahinimi to Minnesota for Al Jefferson and Ricky Rubio. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

Well tbh its kinda a deal i guess.

Parker, Draft pick, Mahinimi and RMJ would maybe give them something to think about.

Oh, its cool. Go ahead and trade away the two biggest pieces for the Spurs future. Even if it was for Bosh, I wouldn't do it.
    Bosh would be the future...IDIOT!

Blair is projected to only be good for 4-6 years before his knees begin to catch up to 'em. He is playing on them without any ACL's so that will hinder him from having a long career. Just picture Tim Duncan but on Blair's body.

Hill is good but damn you would be stupid to want to keep him and Blair for one of the most sought for free agent in the 2010 free agency market!

And not to mention you get to keep the big 3 intact!!! Damn you would be a ing re not to do it. We would now be the real big 4 for at least 1 year!
