Shaq is at this point a back bench big that 3 or 4 games a year comes in and has a big offensive game...... He hasn't wrapped his mind around that yet.

He'd be a pretty good pickup for the minimum, maybe the LLE. These days Shaq would only be effective in a few matchups and in limited minutes. He'd be picked apart if he were forced to defend the pick and roll, though. As a starting center... I'd have to pass, but as a (cheap) role player I'd take him.

My personal feelings aside (I really don't like Shaq), Father time and the changing nature of the league's big men have put Shaq out to pasture whether he wants to admit it or not. He's still a walking mismatch, but the wrong kind now.
