Three things that would make me at least consider the offer.

I would assume it depends on what the intention is. Not that I know personally, but I think that when a guy wants to be with 2 girls at once, he also wants there to be interaction, so to speak, between the girls. So -- is there an expectation of 2 guys just interacting wth the one girl at the same time or is there any expectation of something going on between the 2 guys?
Is it a threesome if there isn't interaction between all three people?
