Dude.... enjoy these days because it goes fast! Ages 1-5 are awesome in my opinion. It's such a cool thing to watch them soak it all in and the subsequent reactions when they figure something out.![]()
He'll be eight months old on the 25th of this month. He's right on the cusp of a lot of milestones... first tooth, first word (I don't count babbling "mama", he has to show actual recognition), and first steps.

I wonder how long after July 1st NYK blows their load and offers him too much money to be the veteran on their team. Buss is gonna have to s out some dough to keep him.
In a league full of rapists, snitches and racists, it's good to have guys like Fisher TBH..annoying if he isn't on your team, but you have to respect him..
LOL @ the Racist child abuse comedian with his constant rapist/snitch/racist comments.
If someone ever asks me what the term "passive-aggressive" means, I'm going to send them a link to this post.
testify culby!!!!! Testify!!!!!
Honestly LnG...the first tooth is a joy.
And when the first one falls out....ah LORDY.
God Bless you and your family LnG.
Lord knows He won't bless the Celtics.
I was a stay at home father for my three children. Those were the best days. They're all grown and gone now. Went by in a blink. It's just me and the old lady once again. When I watch a movie on the cable I always look at the date and contemplate the ages of the boys at that time and what it was like at that moment. They used to play in the backyard all day long, in the dirt, in the mud, then come in and I'd have 'em stand by kitchen sink, and soak their little dirty hands in the dishwater whilst I cleaned their faces, blew their noses and brush their hair. Then set them onto the washing machine that was in the corner of the kitchen where I'd give them each a tight hug. No hands twixt the bodies, chest to chest, and squeeze as hard as I dared.
I'll take those mems to the grave.
That is a beautiful story Culby.
Awesome.
You don't know what he is talking about UNLESS you're a father.
I thought Fisher crying last night was a great moment. He looked honestly overwhelmed.
I'm not a father yet, but I have a niece that I helped raise and a nephew who's my Godson...I think what Derek did was great for his family, and despite .4, I'll always consider him a great person.
Thanks milkshake. You know I give you on here but it's all good. And yes, the Celtics are definitely unblessed right now.
I think, in fact, that after Game 2, Ray Allen went intoo a church, looked up at Jesus and said, " son, you got nothing on me! I AM JESUS! JESUS SHUTTLESWORTH BIOTCH!"
Hence his damning Game 3.![]()
Great story Culby.
On one hand, I can't wait for him to start walking, start getting his motor skills, so we can play around and I can see him being talking. And on the other hand, I know how fast time goes, and the faster it travels the less you have. Even wishing for a moment to go by faster seems wrong. So I'll just be patient and enjoy each day for what it is.
I'll make sure to Cobbler. I just barely missed getting tapped for a 180 deployment to Iraq last month... that would've sucked, as I would've missed all those firsts. They tried to squeeze it in during the end of my cycle, but they couldn't fit in the pre-deployment training so it went to someone in the next bucket.
I'm sure I'll get tagged next deployment cycle though. At least by then, my kid will have gotten through most of the milestones.
You have my respect and sincere thanks for serving our country and protecting our freedoms.
Even for a puke ass celtics fan!![]()
With this I have to agree....kids pretty much trump everything.![]()
All you Laker fans appearing to be decent, loving Dads has got to be some kind of ploy...so you're not all the children of Satan??....this really ruins it all for me....oh well, all the best to you and your families, but FTL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fisher crying is fine especially from a guy that has been getting owned game after game. I forgot how much the Spurs kicked the out of the lakers to close the great western forum. Ahhh the memories
Eleven years ago?
Really, you went there?
Dang, I thought Fisher's 0.4 was ancient history. You practically went ABA on us.
