    Whew. Anyways, true fans get caught up in the game. We get nervous, excited, angry, etc. If you are smiling the whole time you are watching a BB game you are:

    A on drugs

    B an uncaring pseudo-fan.

    Not true I have been a die hard Spurs Fan since the
    early 80's and I have faith in my team. I think the
    correct feeling is anxiety.

    Blazers back when?

    Teams better chance than them of getting to playoffs next year in West:

    GS, Lakers, Clipps, and possibly Utah.

    Thong needs to adopt the Spurs!

    If Thong is a Blazer fan then he is a Blazer fan....just because his team has been out of the mix for a while doesn't mean he should jump ship.....people here have fit when a Spurs fan does it....why should he?

    I will never jump off the Blazers ship. They could suck for 20 years in a row and I would still be a fan.

    Good point, the lakers series were about good fighting evil... this is just the Sonics, and, like the lakers, they won't be around next year.

    BTW, it's official, I am useless at work waiting for the game to start.

    Ditto! Sitting here in Dallas watching the clock. Now, we have to put up with watching the Indiana/Det borefest that will seem like an eternity while each team struggles to score once ever 8 possessions.

    they need to start the first game at six to get an earlier start on the second game. with all the TNT hoopla, that game won't be over until 12:30
