I don't like downloading, but I know what you mean about streaming degrading the quality. Say what you will about Hulu, the quality is pretty decent, even when I hook up my tower to my 32" LCD 1080p.
Sidereel is pretty mainstream and stuff usually gets taken down rather fast.
megauploadforum.net has links to movie downloads, and movie/television show streams. I don't like streaming, cause the quality is extremely degraded, though.
