I think Richards has the right mindset. I'm sure he doesn't want to be another draft-n-stash player that never gets to put on an NBA uniform. Seems like he's really dedicated to work hard, even if it is in the DL, which he thinks is a better way to get into the NBA than playing overseas. I could see him signing in Austin if the Spurs don't sign him this year.
