USC's offense looks pretty good though.
Mays was better than this hack.
USC's offense looks pretty good though.
It pretty much works out in USC's favor to be bown ineligible. Theres no ing way they have a chance at winning a bowl game against elite compe ion with this defense. They'd get skunked OU style.
Looks like the pac-10 is a little more open than even I gave it credit for...
...not happy with what I saw.
Barkley...pretty good
Offense...decent
Defense...crap
I watched the game twice; maybe Hawaii is better than we think...maybe. But not a good start.
Barkley and RoJo are going to be the best thing about year one of the Sanction Era. The secondary will be good one day, but this year its going to be horrid. Marc Tyler could be the sleeper and the defensive line will fare better against traditional offenses. The spread option of Hawaii/Oregon still remains the biggest threat to the size of the Trojans' D. The one thing that seemed improved from the Carroll era, was the special teams. The coverage was better and the improvisation on PAs is a new wrinkle.
that defense did not impress. offense seemed fine but then it was against a poor defense as well.
