If you're going to accuse Obama of being half-assed, you can't simply pretend Bush was not the same way...at least when it comes to invasions. Bush didn't put enough troops on the ground, after being told be needed more to secure the peace. Bush took his eyes off Afghanistan to attain something (no one knows for sure) in Iraq. I can see criticism of Obama on the economic front, he bails big business/banks out and gives money to federal/state agencies that just don't seem to follow up their end of the deal - but that's because he's soft on them and doesn't realize that people only care about themselves and not helping anyone else out.
Obama didn't bail out the big banks...that was TARP, and it was done on Bush's watch, with Bush's Treasury sec'y. leading the charge. Obama did bail out big business in the form of GM, though.

I agree with you that the housing 'recovery' seems to have been handled about as well under Obama as FEMA was under Bush.

In a way, it already did.

DAWA and SCIRI (or whatever the new acronym is) are Iran-based political movements, and the Sadrists, though fiercely nationalistic, are also supported by Iran.
