Can Baron Davis actually decline? Isn't it like asking whether Marion or Kidd could decline next year? They already seem to be at the bottom.

Parker will be fine this season. He has rested all summer and should have one of the best years of his career. That said, this will probably be the last year of him at a dominant level of play...especially with his plans to play during the summer over the next couple of years.
