For what it's worth, I made a "List your top 20 all time NBA players" thread, because I feel top 10 is too crowded, and most I see are duplicate lists where only the order is different.

At any rate, I narrowed a top 20 down, omitting 3 players for reasons given in that thread. I took some heat for it because people didn't read everything I wrote, so had to add an edit note. My last post finally gets a top 20 in some order, added the 3 missing players, and I have both Magic and West ahead of Kobe.

I also say what I think it would take for Tim, Shaq, and Kobe to move up. I think I answer pretty well about Kobe vs. Magic as greatest Laker.

Note, I know you value Bill Russell highly, but he wasn't thought of that great back in his time. Philadelphia Chamberlain is also from that generation and backs me up, somewhat. So, I'll keep Bill in my top 20, but near the bottom.
