Actually the reason that he is in every one of those films is because he started an acting agency representing gangster looking guys (I think I remember an interview where he said that they are mostly ex-cons or ex-gang members and he is trying to give them a step up). He made a name for himself and now hollywood knows where to go when they need that "look." He was also the leader of that gang in the shield, the ones who killed someone then went to church.You look exactly like that one chunky Mexican dude they get to play every mean Mexican gangster guy role...he's in Bruce Almighty (monkey comes outta his ass), Malibu's Most Wanted, and I can't think of anything else he's in but he's like the prototypical Mexican dude. what's his name

The funny thing is that I was 155lbs when I graduated high school and the same height. I saw my old HS football coach at my gym recently and he said, "Damn boy, if you worked that hard during HS then we might have won a few football games."
