Portland is a perfect example of why just stacking young talent on a team doesn't always work out.

Hardly. We won 50 games last year. There's no way in we would have done that without being as deep as we are. If we can just have a year where we stay healthy we'll cruise to the Finals.

With the Hornets being as bad as they are, and so thin on talent, I'd be worried to see them trade away picks like they are.

They're trying desperately to hold onto Paul. A draft pick is far away.

Bayless is bright and will aid Paul. & Paul is bright enough to see it.

This. i have been saying this for months ...too much smilar talent onthe blazers that they had fallen in love with. A first round pick is not bad, because although talented, Bayless is inconsistent. For the hornets why not take a chance on a guy with high upside alongside Paul Bayless could do well and as a backup is not a bad combo guard ...

Looks like Armon Johnson will be our backup PG and Patty Mills made the roster. This actually work out well for us I think.
Ahhh Patty Mills, an aussie. Hope he gets a game or two
