Well the bottomline is that if they agreed to the Homeowner's Association Rules when they moved in... and those rules said No Flags. Then they shouldn't be flying a flag. But if it was something undefined like "No tacky stuff in front of your house" then there's room for interpretation.

I don't get what the problem is with having a Spurs flag ABOVE an American flag, its just stupid to DEMAND people to wave flags a CERTAIN way just because of freakin nationalism. You preach the US is the country that stands for freedom, and yet you had all these little things in your culture that CONTRADICT the out of that statement. "You're FREE to wave any flag you want A LONG AS its not ABOVE our precious national flag". Don't get me wrong, I'm all for national pride, but I'm also against taking it TOO far.
