My Cousin Vinny is so underrated. I'd probably go for My Cousin Vinny just because he had to play a character a bit more out of his element than previous roles.
I think that people don't realize that Home Alone was probably a challenge for Pesci though. I remember reading that Pesci had a tough time with that role because he kept randomly cursing because he forgot that he was in a family movie. The director had to keep reminding him.

Pesci does good in Raging Bull too, but his performance is overshadowed by De Niro's.
I don't know what it is, but Raging Bull is probably one of the most uncomfortable movies I've ever seen. The scene where he accuses Pesci of sleeping with his wife is great for so many reasons.

Haha... supposedly the Batts character was in the Gambino family and a close friend to John Gotti in real life, while Tommy was a scrub not in but working for the Lucchese family. Supposedly Gotti was there for Tommy's execution.
Home Alone 2 if I'm going for nostalgia. But my favorite performance of his is still My Cousin Vinny.
