son they are a damn good team and Williams is a damn good point guard. I have never taken that away from them. I just think its absurd how SOME people on this message board overrate Williams. He is top 4 point guard AT BEST ... and he just got whipped harder than Erin Barry by Tony Parker tonight.

Quoting myself, again. Well, Hornets have since won @ portland but lost to san antonio and oklahoma.

I have now seen how they reacted after losing to Clippers, as stated in my initial post. They are now 1-3 since my initial post, lost 4 of 5 last games, and 5-5 in last 10 games.

I think it's safe to say they aren't 'hot' anymore

Do you know what the Mavs need to do to hit 50-32 this season?

If they win roughly HALF OF THEIR GAMES they will end up at 50-32. Half. If they suddenly turn into a .500 team, the Mavs end the season with 50-32. Same with the Spurs.

What are the chances that they will suddenly turn into a .500 team? Not likely.

Mavs and Spurs will win 55-65 games.
