It was Matt en Bonner missing EVERY SINGLE SHOT as well as his ty defense, he contributed almost nothing his entire time on the floor. Tiago picked up 3 fouls but other than that he was playing a lot better than Bonner. With Tiago on the floor Davis couldn't drive it in so he was forced to pass it, Tiago was able to stay in front of whoever he was guarding and either force them into a tough shot or make them pass it. It's why he was +4 last night, as soon as he came in the Spurs' defense improved dramatically, Tiago forced the Clips into turnovers and tough shots. As soon as that boy Bonner came back in the Spurs' defense started playing like once again and the Clips started scoring.

I have no doubt that if Tiago were playing instead of Bonner, the Spurs would've won this game for sure.
Hard to say that Tiago would of been able to turn the game around, when the whole team, other than Neal, was just flat offensively, and a step slow defensively. Bonner was horrible, no doubt about it, but why you were throwing darts at your Matt Bonner poster, the rest of the Spurs were missing shots left and right. Just a bad night overall for the entire team, not just Bonner.

clippers gave the spurs plenty of opportunities to get back in the game. they started missing a lot of shots down the stretch but the spurs just couldn't get buckets to close the gap.
