Eva Longoria Returns to Her Ancestral Home 4/17/05
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria decided to make her upcoming photoshoot for Latina magazine extra special by visiting her family's ancestral home in Monterrey, Mexico for the first time.
The sexy actress has revealed the trip was amazing because she immediately felt at home.
She says, "I feel at home here. It's not foreign to me even though I've never been here."
Longoria now insists she's convinced she was "an Aztec princess" in a past life.
The woman is dellusional.
She adds, "I believe in past lives."
Meanwhile, the trip has made the star realize how important it is to pass down knowledge about ancient Mexico to the kids she one day hopes to have.
She explains, "If you know the people who came before you, and if you know what they did for you, it kind of keeps the movement going. That's why I think our culture is so beautiful, because we always think of future generations."
