Too bad that's not the formula for winning it all.

Yep there's a thing called team chemistry. Not just putting on the 5 best players on the team. Mavs 03-04 learned that the hard way. This Heat team reminds me of that.
Obviously you haven't watched many Heat games... Watch a game and then you won't sound so foolish.
We all watched them get beat down by the Mavs a couple weeks ago. While Dallas may not have the aforementioned "star power" of the Heat, they are working really well together (ie, chemistry) and have a competent PG and center tandem to combat Miami.
so your basing it off one game you saw weeks ago? Your ass hurt over 2006 is really making you pretty ignorant.
It was a sig bet. Gutter won and now Machine has to have that sig and avatar for awhile.![]()
The Heat did win at Utah the other night. They're actually playing well and will be tough to beat.
I did watch a couple games and enjoyed watching the Celtics do a beat-down on the Heat.
You're basing that off a game from a couple weeks ago? You're so butthurt from 2006!
Who said anything about 2006?
It was only 2 weeks ago. Let's not act like it was the difference between an opening day game and something in March.
Guess we'll see on the 20th since you obviously don't watch basketball unless the Mavs are playing.
so.. mostly beating teams in this streak makes you "for real"?
Their streak isn't as impressive as Spurs, Mavs, Celtics nor is their team makeup. They're still inside.
Your a Hornets fan, what would you know about streaks?
Right. You got me. Your team is a real ing powerhouse now.
Um...they kinda had a long one to start the season. You know, that whole "watching other teams" thing really does pay off if you try it.
Judging the potential of a brand new Heat team and how they will perform in May by the way they play in November.
Logic of a hater.
Flaws are flaws. Unless they're going to get a viable PG and a real inside presence between now and then.
A PG is not their problem. Chalmers is fine and is actually a good defender who can hit the 3. Wade/Lebron handle the ball. Miller will as well. They are all very good play makers.
MIA is the #1 defensive team in the league. MIA is also one of the top offensive teams in the league right now.
Oh, are you here to defend them?
He's stating facts. Like I said your ass pain from 06 is making you ignorant.
Why are you such a maggot about this? Is it defending someone to state blatant facts?
When people talk stupid about the Mavs, I correct them and I don't see you complaining then.
Why do you keep bringing up 2006? When did I say anything about 2006? If you want to keep it in the here and now, let's do that. Everyone sees the Heat beating up on chump teams, as they should be apt to do. They still don't match up with the big boys in the NBA and don't have the build to do so as presently built. Who gives a where they rate in defensive efficiency at this point in the season? We all seem to recall a LeBron Cavs team from last year that ripped up everyone in the regular season and faltered because they weren't built for playoff-style basketball. Now you add Wade to that - another guy that needs the ball to be effective. How is that going to be any more effective when it matters most?
You think I follow you around to check everything you say?
