TC has been playing really good this season tbh, pretty surprised that he is not even nominated. it must have been the wife-plowing shticks that hurt his reputation badly and cost him the ASG.
I'm not sure why people are even interested in the all-star game these days. It's reached NFL Pro Bowl level of boredom. There's no defense played whatsoever. The players don't look like they even care to be there. The last good all-star game was back in 2001. I think 2003 was decent as well. After that it's become a fest. And the last 3 minutes of the game is usually nothing more than a faux dunk contest
