They were so bad.. I took a couple of seconds to join Spurstalk's chat and RANT.


Seriously though, the Suns commentators have to be the worst in the NBA, haven't we had threads about them before?

what's funny is that as I was watching the game, I told my wife that the Suns announcers were all butthurt. She said 'I thought you hated that word.' I said 'I do but that's the only way to describe what they're saying.' then I read this thread. effing priceless

ONe of them was saying in his saddest voice:
"Robert Horry checked Nash into that same scorer's table..."

These guys were painful to watch. From the poll for most hated players to them whining like little girls, they guys were the real deal for bad announcers. To top things off, they said the word "absolutely" about every time a 3 pointer went in.

You kick it off with a poll of 'Most hated Spurs player or ex-player', compound it with an Epic fail of including Pop as an option who is neither, then go on a completely asinine tirade about Bowen, his bow and how he used to undercut players like Ray Allen, which was a bunch of monumental bull .

Really? You guys deserve the owner you have...

Classic! This is how you know #12 was a great player. A year later and they are still talking about him.

I actually feel proud that they hate the Spurs so much even if its not a "hate them coz they are so good" type of hate. The media take on the hatred for the Spurs just puts a toll on the already fragile mindset of the team and the fanbase. Plus, it's the only thing going for that irrelevant team. Let them stew on their on hate.
