John Waters is a genius. And if we're talking Pink Flamingos, Divine eating dog is gross but is nothing compared to the singing asshole. Living Dangerously is way more outrageous (and hilarious), too.

I was recently watching an episode of criminal minds. The serial killer stabbed the girl in such a way that she would bleed out and die slowly. Before she died, he made her clean up er own murder (he gave her a rag with bleach so she could clean.) That made me feel sick.
Not a movie either, but that reminds me of a special I saw on Richard Kuklinski, where he described one of his many mob hits. He said one of his victims was praying to god that he wouldn't shoot him, so the Iceman gave him 30 minutes to pray to see if god would help him. Needless to say, the guy was dead half an hour later.
So let me get this straight. Only the ass is being raped in this scene you're talking about?

The most disturbing film that comes to my mind is 8MM. And it may have been ages ago, but since it helped avert my taste away from disturbing films, I don't have many other points to reference.
Watched both one after the other, I thought oldboy was more disturbing because of the plotline (when he finds out who the woman is).

First half of Last House on the Left. I'm beginning to see a trend here. But that doesn't even compare to most of Hostel 2. That movie is garbage.
I hear Cannibal Holocaust is unreasonably disturbing/bad too, as is the Human Centipede.
Cannibal Holocaust was tough, but not nearly as bad as people made it out to be...unless you're an animal lover, in which case, my condolences.
A Serbian Film is supposed to be pretty ed. Still trying to locate an unedited copy of it...
