when the truth is (though I doubt it'scompletely) a myth, Im guessing every race has large and small penis sized dudes ... but maybe by a % black men may be larger like they thend to have fuller lips. that's not a stereotype or being racist it's true, but not for EVERY black man ...I would guess the same is about sizes ...
