No. I just thought they were interesting.
No one said anything about them being "forced" to wear anything.
No. I just thought they were interesting.
k, that's why I asked. I haven't looked anything up.
I'm not sure what the trend or the point is here other than veils being the fashion statement for some women in 2004.
Uh huh. What's so interesting?
they are to Darrin.
Apparently not as scary as offering his own follow-up discussion in defense of his thread topics.
Maybe he's waiting for a follow-up from the blog he took this from?
More like creepy and stupid.
Look at that Muslim desecrating the Christian cross!

Darrin likes to spread propaganda. Defending it really isn't his forte.
I was reading the responses at pajama media where the pics are from. Someone was blaming president eisenhower and his handling of the suez canal as the reason for the "trend".
lol
So are the great majority of right wing christians that I've met in my life
That's like noticing the sun comes up each morning.![]()
Oh. I thought you had an actual point.
I guess since we're not making points, check out this image.

I suppose you could find it interesting if you happen to be someone who likes to wear the same clothes your grandparents did when they were your age. Other than that, I don't see how graduates in 2004 dressing differently than those who graduated 45 years earlier is all that noteworthy.
(It's also absurd for DarrinS to pretend he doesn't know what he means by his own rhetorical question.)
The trend of his own posting gives the lie to his weak rhetorical gambit.
As long as we're posting interesting things,
This is awesome.
