What does that have to do with anything? If i was a scout going to evaluate a player you better believe I am capable of watching said player. You put multiple scouts in a room and have them tell you what they saw... you are going to get varying opinions unless of course you feel all scouts are the same. My comments were based on all the tools not just Synergy. Synergy along with whatever stats you choose are simply tools used by organizations in the overall player evaluation process. And again, I say personal observation of a player is a better way to measure a player than any said tool. To argue otherwise is just plain silly.

..the "tools" don't predict anything, the numbers are compiled from the actual games that are played
