Some fun man. The sound could be better (the pistol is the most annoying sound ever) but man it's a blast playing this because it's so 90's old school.
I'm sure it will be worth it.

Why no deathmatch I will never understand.
These games are so crazy now. Ridiculously detailed and immersing.
Just got this. It's a souped up Borderlands.
pros: Graphics are amazing. Controls seem pretty tight. Making is cool.
cons: Guns don't seem to have any *umph* to them. Story feels predictable. Could have used RPG elements to push it over the top.
It's not a bad game... it's just that I was expecting it to be a very, very good game. Seems it's ok at best.
Yeah, just another FPS with really nice gfx. There's really no depth to it, just go into area, massacre everybody, get out. I like the driving and the fact you can race. But very likely will have a zero replayability.
I think I'll just keep looking forward to Borderlands 2.
Load times killed this game for me (playing on xbox)
Of all the games that I have purchased these past two months (Madden, Dead Island, Dead Rising OTR, Dark Souls, Gears 3, NHL12) this is the only one I regret buying and will trade in very soon.
3/4 of the way through here... loading times are a little long, but not that bad from the HD.
Didn't try that. Honestly the post that you had a little bit back summed up my thoughts on the game. It was just very average. If this came out in the summer when there was no games it would of been viewed a bit better by me, but too many good games out for this to hold my interest.
This is a game I wish I would have tried before buying. I need to start using RedBox, tbh.
LOL! You and I as well. I am really good with my money except when it comes to games. I swear if I bothered renting games I would of saved myself thousands. The stupid part is I can not stay glued to one game, so except in the very very rare case where a game just blows me away and I'm into it (Halo 1 and 3, Gears 1 and 2, Mass Effect 1 and 2, Uncharted 1 and 2, Batman Arkham) I NEVER finish the game.
Take for instance Dead Rising off the record, just picked it up two days ago. Love dead rising to death. But I know Batman Arkham City is coming out tuesday and I'll stop playing Dead Rising. I'd say 98% of the games that I have (not counting sport games) I haven't beat or even got half way through. Those that I listed are the only ones that I can think of that I have beaten in the last 3 years.
I play all of them through. But obviously only those I like.
I haven't played it yet and considering the comments about the game, I may delay buying it a little longer. Although I never expected it to be perfect, I just want a good and different shooter.
It is a shooter alright..
I played it. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but I had fun. I think there should be more side missions, more interaction with the scenario and I didn't like the ending.
There are some elements of this game that truly take the cake. Great physics with how the bullets push the enemies back. I love how you shoot a guy in the leg he goes down on one knee and drags himself to safety while attempting to get a round or two in you. Overall the shooting elements are top notch.
However it seemed like the game ended just as it was getting good. It was just an abrupt ending. Basically a fancy shoot and gather. You have very little effect on your environment and its not as free roaming as you'd think it would be. A basic tunnel vision shooter. Definitely need to complete the side missions before finishing up the main story line because there's no going back.
It'd be a great buy used. About 20-25 hours to finish the game.
