    Ummmm how does this make Portland dangerous? Their best center is an old ass Marcus Camby. The only player they had close to a superstar was Roy but injuries prevented that. Portland just has a team full of nice players. They will compete but they won't even get out of the 1st round if they face the spurs,mavs, or lakers.

    Damn, another trade I didn't see coming. man, we probably could've got this guy for Bonner + Quinn and some cash probably. He's an excellent defender and a great rebounder. It softens the Blazers losing Brandon Roy to injury but it doesn't put them over the top or even into contention. Roy and Oden need to be healthy. But this is a nice start.

    Aldrige, Batum, Wallace, Miller can give teams problems. And Camby, when on the court, can still help shut down the paint. Contenders? Maybe not. But I'd def. rather see Utah, Memphis (esp. if Rudy is still out), Phoenix or Houston instead of Portland in the first round.
