Who do they think they are, the Pacers?

Celtic fan since 2010, tbh.
Because Perkins gives the Thunder a tough, low post defender, something OKC has been looking for for awhile now.
Why would the Celtics trade the guy who would have won the le for them last year if healthy?
This is a dumb trade for Boston. Sure they needed depth at the wing behind Pierce but Jeff Green isn't all that great and their depth at the big position was one of their biggest strengths on the team. This stinks partially as a financial move so they don't have to deal with trying to re-sign Perkins in the off season to a $9-10 million a year contract. But really bad move by the Celtics, imo.
Poor kryptonate. I don't think he'll be allowed to chuck nearly as much on the Thunder.
????
Really don't understand this one from Boston's end.
What the is Boston thinking? I can see what OKC is thinking and its not a bad move for them, IMO, but this completely ing sucks for Boston.
SA really did a number on OKC last night:
WojYahooNBA Adrian Wojnarowski
Oklahoma City has acquired center Nazr Mohammed from Charlotte for D.J. White and Mo Peterson, source tells Y! Sports.
This looks like a ty trade for both teams.
Does Jeff Green guard Kobe?
he wasnt gonna resign, but i dont think 2 months of green is better than 2 months of perkins. even if he leaves for nothing you still keep him because for what he gives you
Bostons constant trades over the years have giveth and now it taketh away its chances for a championship...
Wow. Season over for the Celts. Miami is going to the finals. I can't believe these dumbasses made that trade. I am stunned and pissed all in one. How could the Celts be so ing stupid! They are relying on Shaq, Jermaine, Erden to fill the void? They were this desperate for a backup wing player that they had to trade their starting center????? Man I am livid.![]()
Anyone know what time 2k11 is gonna update all dis ?
wow thunder are active. they also got nazr mohamed. they are stacking bigs.
ha, ha!!!
I don't understand this move at all by Boston.
I have to wonder if they just don't trust Perkins' knee anymore, because otherwise this trade makes no sense from their side. They were highly regarded as having the best big men in the league alongside the Lakers, and they just gave that away for Jeff Green and Nenad Krstic. I think Green is a good player, but Boston doesn't necessarily need what he brings to their team.
I guess if they're looking ahead to their future then this trade makes a little bit of sense, but since they have such a good chance of winning another le this year, I don't know if they shouldn't have gone all out this last year before making some moves next year.
They already killed us on the boards so what the would they be tying to get even bigger for? Perkins and Stone Hands aren't going to defend the 3pt line, IMO.
lol Boston. With one trade they may have taken themselves out of the championship conversation and possibly even the East.
I like it for OKC. wasn't Ibaka playing C? They can move him to a more natural PF spot, and add a true Center. Green was ass anyways. I don't get this trade at all for Boston. Why trade a starter.
?
tbh I think this makes them stronger vs. Miami. They've got another solid wing defender to throw at them. It's not like they need a dominant center against the Heat anyways. I'd definitely take them over Miami in a series.
It just makes them alot tier against the Lakers or Spurs.
Also it's not like the Celtics have a young, spry Garnett starting for them that can pick up the slack of losing Perkins.
No way does Boston get past Miami now. That size advantage they had is now gone. you front office. You pieces of just ended the era with a dumbass trade!![]()
