Carmelo's impact on the Nuggets is evident..
I turn on the channel and the Celts give up 6 straight points. Cs look beat mentally.
aaron afflalo = one of the NBA's most underrated players.
This game is over. Cs playing like at the end.
The celtics havent seemed their nasty selves all night. I think they are still in shock from the loss of Perk. This team looks like they were punched in the gut. I think this is going to really hurt them chemistry wise.
Also, the new nuggets look good. Like 2nd round good.
Masai Ujiri really did a damn fine job, all things considered.
Love seeing that felton/lawson/afflalo backcourt
Pretty obvious that Cs aren't playing with a lot of passion tonight. Definitely not the team I usually see out there.
It's natural for the Celtics to come out with a letdown after one of their guys gets traded..they will easily bounce back though, too many pros for them not to..they obviously need some depth back, though..
Agree. Not sure they can keep BOTH AA and JR longterm ... but Lawson Afflalo Chandler NENE is a great start. They just need a future PF to grow with them.
im not gonna get excited yet if in a denver fan. they gotta see what they do on the road.
And i agree Celts had to have been Feeling a sense of loss ... but West and Wafer played OK ... the big 4 plus Big Baby was healthy they should of won this game. But no panic needed Celts still a le favorite along with Spurs but losing Perk will hurt methinks ...
Great night for Lakers we gain on 2 of the 5 teams ahead of us in the standings ...
Good plus both games were grreat. only bad news was Perk coming west but that may hurt Spurs worst than us ...
