TBTF also means Too Big Too Fix.
The financial sector has too much money, power, and control over govt that govt will never "fix" the criminal genie back into the bottle.
It just pisses me off that he said all the right things then just hired the same ing people who made the problem. Later on in the interview he says how Obama had a historic chance to fix this right then and there and he just completely blew it. Its true.
Such a let down.
